About the Session
Presented by the Alabama Performance Excellence Program (ALPEx), this introduction is intended to familiarize organizations with the basic understanding of strategic planning predicated on the Baldrige framework. This course will help organizations to understand the process and strategy behind strategic planning and to allow all staff and stakeholders of an organization to improve their quest for a strategic direction.
Objectives
1. Equip your organization with the basics for conducting a successful strategic planning session.
2. Once the strategic objectives are determined, we will show you how to translate those into action plans.
3. This will allow your organization to define and set your strategic direction.
